This is a Microsoft Word .docx template with sample provisions for dividing equity compensation (such as RSUs, stock options, etc.) intended for inclusion in a Massachusetts divorce agreement.  This Schedule is not a complete agreement, and requires the addition of further schedules specific to such details such as contract provisions, support, etc.  This template contains only the sections required in order to outline the rights of each spouse with respect to vested and unvested equity compensation, including sample provisions for when the equities are non-transferable.

All of these provisions may be modified to fit the unique circumstances of any particular family. We have included instructions throughout the template to assist with completing it.
