This is a Microsoft Word .docx template with sample provisions for the asset division and treatment of images, rewards accounts and digital assets, intended for inclusion in a Massachusetts divorce agreement.  This Schedule is not a complete agreement, and requires the addition of further schedules specific to such details such as contract provisions, support, etc.  This template contains only the sections required in order to outline the rights of each spouse with respect to the digital or rewards assets outlined, and sample provisions for division, buyout, or exchange.

All of these provisions may be modified to fit the unique circumstances of any particular family. We have included instructions throughout the template to assist with completing it.
