This is a Microsoft Word .docx template with sample provisions for division of pets intended for inclusion in a Massachusetts divorce agreement.  This Schedule is not a complete agreement, and requires the addition of further schedules specific to such details such as contract provisions, support, etc.  This template contains only the sections required in order to outline the rights of each spouse with respect to alimony, including provisions on amount, duration, waiver, etc.

All of these provisions may be modified to fit the unique circumstances of any particular family. We have included instructions throughout the template to assist with completing it.
