This is a Microsoft Word .docx template with sample contract provisions for a divorce agreement.  This Schedule is not a complete agreement, and requires the addition of further schedules specific to such details such as asset division, support, etc.  This template contains only the necessary sections required at the beginning of every divorce agreement in order to outline the rights of each spouse, the disclosures the agreement is based on, and the terms related to future modification.

All of these provisions may be modified to fit the unique circumstances of any particular family. We have included instructions throughout the template to assist with completing it.
